What we do:
Reactiv specializes in athletics training, mainly sprints & hurdles, specific speed and conditioning, agility and plyometrics training for all Recreational to Performance sports. We also provide health and fitness training programs from recreational to professional level.
Vision:
At Reactiv, we support each athlete in his or her route to success. Our team of coaches customizes our training to meet the wide range of needs of our athletes, from those just starting out as recreational to the professionals who make their living on the field. We believe that confidence is built through our competency in sports performance. We strongly believe that speed is everything; it serves as a strong base and is essential for all levels of sporting performance. Our coaches are passionate in bringing fun and enjoyment to athletics training and aim to make this achievement attainable for all.

Reactiv specializes in athletics training, sprints and hurdles.
Chief Coordinator - Alfred Sim
[BSc Sports Science, qualified CSCS, IAAF level 4 (new system)]
Coach Alfred has been coaching a few of Singapores best sprinters and hurdlers.
Calvin Kang is our National Junior record holder with the time of 10.53s. He went on the represent the Nation in the Beijing Olympics 2008. Abdul Hakeem broke a 47 years old 110m Hurdles record after 2 years of training with Coach Alfred.
Under his guidance, several school level athletes clinched top 3 in the sprints and hurdles events in the National Schools Championship, such as Shalindran(400m), Hilmi(200m), Melanie(200m), Timothy Ong(100m) and Haikel(100m) to name afew.
His systematic way of coaching and versatile approach to the training system, allows him to communicate well and work very closely with his athletes.
The sprints and hurdles training is bundled with sports massage by Coach Bahktier, certified Masseur and developmental coach. This massage is necessary especially after a hard workout, and will help increase recovery rate.
Research
Reactiv is also actively involved in theoretical research.

This ultimate 12-week program of speed training comes complete with an internationally recognized timing testing system – where your improvements in speed are tracked by an electronic precision timing device.
Health and Fitness
Reactiv health and fitness program allows you to do your workout wherever you want! Who said working out mean pumping iron or treadmilling in a gym?
This program caters to anyone who wants to keep fit and healthy, to the NSmen preparing for their IPPT!
We have designed a series of total body weight exercises to train from top to toe, which are dynamic and fun.
The concept of outdoor training is to escape a monotonous routine in an air-conditioned gym, Whereas in the outdoors, either in a stadium or a park, you can enjoy fresh air in a relaxed environment.Our instructors are friendly and motivating, and use a wide variety of exercises using your own body weight, and with the help of a resistance band - to create higher resistance and different intensity as you become fitter and stronger.
The program also caters to the NSmen preparing for their IPPT, training you to pass IPPT with ease! The program targets the static stations and also the 2.4km runs.
This program will be a group training, minimum 5 pax and maximum 10 pax. You are encouraged to bring your friends along for a healthy and fun session with the Reactiv instructors.
Workplace Health
Reactiv workplace health program caters to all office personnel, who are stuck in the office for hours! No time for workouts? Knock off late from work everyday? Our instructors will conduct the training sessions in your office! Just get into your Reactiv gear and get ready to sweat it out!
We only require a small space to achieve your training requirements, using a series of body weight exercises and resistance band training, Our creative instructors will guide you progressively doing exercises even with office chairs and tables. improper occupational posture issues can also be corrected with strength training.
We can design and facilitate a short 1 hour session at your convenience, without having the trouble to travel to the gym!
